Return & Refund Policy
At Sorèva, each piece is thoughtfully crafted and carefully inspected to meet our quality standards. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with eligible returns and exchanges under the following terms.
Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- unused and unworn,
- in its original condition and packaging,
- with all tags intact,
- and accompanied by valid proof of purchase.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, kindly contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging, preferably including an unboxing video, so we can review the issue and assist you accordingly.
Requests raised without sufficient supporting proof may not qualify for replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Earrings
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Items purchased during sale or promotional events
- Gift cards
- Products showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse after delivery

Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered in cases where a wrong or defective item has been delivered and approved after inspection. Approved exchange requests will be processed subject to product availability.
Return Shipping Charges
Customers are responsible for the courier/shipping charges for all approved returns initiated for refunds, size concerns, preference changes, or damage review requests.
However, in cases where an incorrect item has been delivered or a manufacturing defect is verified by our team, Sorèva may assist with an appropriate resolution at its discretion.
For all returns, we strongly recommend using a reliable and trackable courier service, as Sorèva cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that original shipping charges, payment gateway charges, and return courier charges are non-refundable.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
